Alaa Abdel Hameed
With over 25 years of distinguished experience in architecture and interior design, Alaa Abdel Hameed is the visionary CEO and co-founder of INNOVATION Design Studio. A passionate leader with a strong command of high-tech modern structures, his portfolio spans public institutions, commercial complexes, and luxury residences across Egypt and the Middle East. Alaa is recognized for his rigorous attention to cost-efficiency, quality control, and design productivity—qualities that have consistently shaped the studio’s high-caliber outputs.
Alaa’s strength lies not only in his creative leadership but also in his visionary ability to initiate concept master plans and original design ideas that shape the identity of each project from the earliest stages. He is deeply involved in every phase of development—from conceptualization to execution—and is frequently present on-site to oversee technical progress and ensure that the design vision is accurately realized. This hands-on engagement, combined with his engineering acumen, allows him to bridge creative ambition with practical implementation, maintaining the highest standards of quality, functionality, and innovation. Alaa continues to push the boundaries of modern architecture, blending cutting-edge design with functionality to deliver enduring impact across iconic projects.
Mahmoud Farouk
Mahmoud is a creative chief of design with an impressive record of accomplishment in the world of architecture and technical engineering. With his natural knack for innovation and resourcefulness, he has achieved great success as the co-founder of INNOVATION Design Studio, where his passion for creating unique solutions have been particularly valuable. His expertise in problem-solving and ability to think outside the box have enabled him to approach design from a new perspective which has made his work stand out amongst his fellow designers.
Mahmoud is a visionary architect with 16 years of experience in urban, architecture, and interior design. He holds a master’s degree from the faculty of engineering, at Cairo University, and has advanced his knowledge to pursue his pre-PHD at the same faculty. His mastery in strategic projects across Egypt and the Middle East has allowed him to support local and international developers in creating ground-breaking projects and realizing inspired visions. His mastery of excellence and regional market know-how was exemplified in multiple strategic projects in Egypt, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, he has pioneered the concept of well-being in built environments, blending social, physical, and mental wellness to enhance lives within both commercial and residential buildings.
Mohamed Yousif
Mohamed Yousif is an innovative architecture and engineering leader shaping the next generation of resilient and future-focused built environments. As Co-Founder and Managing Principal of INNOVATION International Engineering Consultancy, he has driven major design projects across the UAE, Egypt, and the wider GCC — blending creativity, technology, and strategic thinking to deliver architecture that elevates both performance and human experience.
With over 18 years of multidisciplinary expertise, Yousif has built a reputation for transforming ambitious visions into successful, high-impact developments for leading government and private clients. His experience bridges complex urban planning, high-end architectural design, and integrated delivery of secure, mission-critical facilities.
