This was achieved by saving the nature of the land, keeping it as it is, adopting the design with the land natural levels and contour lines, keeping the rain drain lines as they are and making a recreation use of them. In addition, the design provides a strong connectivity with “WADI DEGLA PROTECTORATE” while maintaining some cliffs as recreation spines and including pathways and bike-ways to promote engaging the project HUB (Community center) with the surrounding nature.
